2. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements between the customer and RetroGear.nl, a part of JOR-Design.
3. Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are excluded unless stated otherwise.
4. Orders and payment
An order is final once payment has been received. Payments can be made via the methods offered on the website.
5. Pickup
Customers may choose to pick up their order at our address. Pickup times and instructions are agreed upon in advance.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Details and conditions for returns can be found in our returns policy.
7. Warranty and complaints
All products are covered by statutory warranty. Complaints must be reported in writing within 2 weeks after discovery.
8. Secured Shipping
Secured Shipping is an additional expedited replacement service. If a parcel shipped by RetroGear has not arrived, is marked as delivered but was not received, or was damaged in transit, the customer must report this to support@retrogear.nl within 24 hours.
After a valid report, we will immediately send a replacement device without waiting for the carrier’s investigation, provided the device is in stock. If the original device is unavailable, we will agree with the customer on a comparable device or the delivery time for the original device.
The customer must return the form supplied by RetroGear, fully completed, within 24 hours of our response. Secured Shipping cannot be claimed without a timely report and timely receipt of this form.
The deadlines and conditions in this section apply only to the expedited Secured Shipping service and do not restrict the customer’s statutory rights. Without Secured Shipping, reports of loss, transit damage and non-delivery are handled through the standard investigation procedure.
9. Liability
Subject to the customer’s statutory rights and section 8 on Secured Shipping, RetroGear.nl (part of JOR-Design) is not liable for damage, loss or theft of products after delivery.
10. Privacy
Personal data is treated confidentially and used only to process your order. See also our privacy policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes should preferably be resolved amicably; otherwise they will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
